Licensed in Virginia   SUMMARY:      Workers Compensation Defense Attorney needed for in-house litigation position, working under the direction of the General Counsel.  This position will work defending litigated Workers’ Compensation claims before hearing locations, primarily in and surrounding the Virginia area .
