Summary:   Provide claims advocacy, program analysis, and risk services to clients working in conjunction with the Senior Claims Leaders, and the Placement Teams.  Claims advocacy for clients requires consultation, pro-activeness and added value to the process.  Essential Duties and Functions: Assists clients in reporting claims to carriers, advises on managing emergency services, and how to begin documenting the claim.  Consider and advise the client on any other resources such as restoration firms, engineering consultants, or claim preparation services. Assist clients with managing cash flow by advocating for early advance payments and ongoing partial payments as desired by the client.
