Summary   The Senior Claims Adjuster manages all components of claim handling for the Management Liability line of business. Independently reviews submitted materials and policy documents, performs complete coverage analysis, and prepares coverage determination correspondence. Reviews and provides direction on reserve and settlement authority, where required, on complex, specialized claims including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Commercial Crime, Financial Institution E&O, Financial Institution bonds and Representations and Warranties/ transactional liability. Supports business partners through communication about specific claims, identification of claim trends, input on development, and marketing support.
