In this key role, you will support short- and long-term business strategies to drive profitable growth through sound underwriting and effective agency marketing. This role also provides training, coaching, and development to less experienced staff.   Job Responsibilities: Analyzes middle market workers compensation accounts to make sound decisions based on individual risk characteristics, exposure analysis, hazard recognition and controls. Adheres to individual authority levels. Prices business according to company underwriting and pricing guidelines.
