Overview The Underwriter administers the underwriting and servicing of renewal accounts for brokers and producers assigned within the territory in compliance with company underwriting, authority, and pricing standards upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization. Responsibilities Analyzes, with the highest level of technical expertise and accuracy, exposures to loss, develops an adequate premium charge for the exposure, determine endorsements and exclusions to address loss exposures for the insurance contract, including developing manuscript wording appropriate to the risk. Overview This underwriting position is designed for an individual with 2+ years of E&S (excess & surplus lines experience) writing small to medium hazard property & casualty package insurance. Knowledge of ISO coverage forms. Individual account underwriting is required for hazard analysis, rating, pricing, and form selection.
