Primary Role: Responsible for developing, managing and expanding the agencies internal capabilities and expertise in the implementation of benefits administration and HRIS technology systems for our clients. The purpose of the role is to position Hub as a recognized leader in technology solutions for small and mid-market employers. The goal is to create a continuously better enrollment experience for members with greater ease of administration for employers and our internal service teams.
