This individual is responsible for accounts payable and general accounting duties, such as tracking expenses and completing reconciliations. They will provide customer service regarding researching payment issues for vendors and research and resolve discrepancies. Your Impact: Entry and tracking of purchase requisition, vendors and invoices into D365 Entry, payment, and mailing of miscellaneous invoices and commissions Paying, tracking and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions Assist with monthly receivable invoicing and payment application Prepare mail merge letters for escheatment Successful Candidate Will Have: Associates Degree or 3-5 years experience in accounting or related field Experience in AR/ AP is a plus Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and policy administrative systems Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously...
