The First Notice of Loss Associate serves as the first point of contact for policyholders, claimants or other parties reporting claims. They are responsible for addressing customer inquiries concerning the claim process and collecting essential details about the incident, to accurately and efficiently establish new Auto, Property and Commercial claims.   Available Schedules (working 4 days per week): Monday-Friday (4:30PM - 9:00PM) and 2 Saturdays a month (8:30AM-4:30PM) Monday-Friday (5:00PM - 9:00PM) and 2 Saturdays a month (8:30AM-4:30PM) Responsibilities: Receive initial reports of loss or damage from policyholders, claimants or other parties. Accurately process information into the system for assignment to an adjuster.
