The Business Development Specialist will play a vital role in the development and growth of revenue in our Transportation division. As the Business Development Specialist, you will support a group of top Producers while also learning the overall sales process. You will focus on driving new business sales and be mentored by veteran producers. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying opportunities for cross selling, and directly increasing the amount of time Producers are able to focus on selling and closing opportunities.
