Part Time Law Clerk Position. Beginning January 2026 with potential for summer position. (15-20 hours per week during the school year – 30 hours per week during the summer – flexible/hybrid) Seeking a law student to work in civil litigation practice in an in-house counsel setting. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and have experience conducting online legal research using Lexis or Westlaw. Under supervision, law clerk will provide assistance and support to attorneys in various stages of litigation.  Assignments will include legal research and drafting memoranda, assisting in drafting and answering discovery, gathering evidence, organizing files, scheduling events, working with medical records and assisting in preparation of cases for trial.
