The Personal Lines Client Service Manager is responsible for assisting producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for personal lines of insurance to include processing and invoicing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations. Supervisory Responsibilities:   None Essential Tasks: Preparing and processing endorsements requests for submission to insurance carriers, including invoicing, and timely follow-up to confirm receipt. Verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums to ensure accurate policy records.
