The First Notice of Loss Associate serves as the first point of contact for policyholders, claimants or other parties reporting claims. They are responsible for addressing customer inquiries concerning the claim process and collecting essential details about the incident, to accurately and efficiently establish new Auto, Property and Commercial claims.   Available Schedules (working 4 days per week): Monday-Friday (4:30PM - 9:00PM) and 2 Saturdays a month (8:30AM-4:30PM) Monday-Friday (5:00PM - 9:00PM) and 2 Saturdays a month (8:30AM-4:30PM) Responsibilities: Receive initial reports of loss or damage from policyholders, claimants or other parties. This Senior Loss Control Representative is primarily responsible for being a backup on overseeing the consultant phone survey program and completion of the monthly Accident Trend Analysis reports for insured customers. When not backing up the primary position, phone surveys within the consultant phone survey program are to be completed. This position requires limited travel for department meetings and training.
