Overview This Underwriter Assistant specifically works with national payroll agencies and digital partners and is within a quickly growing division of the AmTrust with opportunities for advancement. Emphasis is on providing excellent customer service which consists of friendly and prompt responses to agent emails, calls, and quick problem resolution. Underwriting assistants work directly with the agent providing documents, binding policies and processing endorsements.
