Job Description Utilizing various office equipment (printers, pc, check folding/stuffing machine, postage meter, check sealers), accurately compiles and packages client payrolls, reports and other materials Coordinates delivery as required via USPS, FedEx, local couriers, etc. to ensure deadlines are met and that clients receive all payroll items accurately and on schedule. Sorts, packages and ships Heartland Payroll mail for approximately 15,000 clients to various locations/employees Assist in sorting, printing and shipping sensitive Tax documents to local, state and federal agencies.
