The  Retention Manager  for Pearl Insurance Solutions (PIS) is responsible for supervising the operations and staff that handles retention of AVMA PIS policies. They are responsible for managing a multi-channel Property and Casualty renewal sales staff towards the achievement of monthly and annual retention goals.
