The primary role of the Senior Account Manager is to handle the day-to-day Client Service requirements on an assigned book of business. This book of business could have a Producer or Account Executive who has overall responsibility for Service, Placement and Business Development. The SAM should have a deep understanding of coverage and insurance programs, but their focus includes a significant amount of time spent on system activity and communication with the client via email, phone or in person.
