The Account Manager owns the relationship with a portfolio of insurance customers already live on itel solutions. You learn how each carrier actually works, find where their claims process loses time or money, and show them how itel closes that gap. This is an adoption and growth role, not a support queue. You build relationships across every layer of the customer organization, from desk adjusters through to claims leadership, and with the third parties in their workflow.
