Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, providing basic information to visitors and callers, and greeting clients professionally. The role handles incoming and outgoing mails, and coordinates appointments, meetings, and office events. They maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organized workspace and assist with administrative tasks. What will your job entail? Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors to the company.
• Answer telephones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate.
• Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Schedule guests for entry through I-Visitor system.
• Schedule and maintain conference room calendars.
