OBJECTIVE
Associate Life Customer Service Specialist Objective To be an effective team member of the Life Customer Service Department. To provide customer service in a prompt and professional manner. To address policy and billing related questions and concerns from internal and external customers on all Life and Annuity lines of business via telephone and email. To process billing account changes, policy changes, distributions, and payments. To provide support and assist in maintaining departmental standards.
