Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned : Supervise and support a team of Sr. Claims Adjusters handling complex commercial auto and bodily injury claims. Monitor caseload distribution, ensuring adjusters maintain productivity and quality standards (100–120 claims per adjuster, including litigated files). Provide technical guidance on claim investigations, evaluations, negotiations, and settlements. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Conduct regular audits of claim files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices. Other duties may be assigned : Handles litigated and non-litigated claims, including Auto Physical Damage (APD) and Cargo claims, from start to finish. Manages a diverse caseload from across the U.S, ensuring timely and effective settlements while maintaining high professional standards. Caseload: 100-120 claims, with 30% involving litigated files Handle claims related to commercial auto incidents, including physical damage and liability claims. Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims efficiently. Manage both litigated and non-litigated claims. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain detailed documentation for each claim. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful claim outcomes.
