Risk Strategies, Captives partner Oxford is looking for a detail‑oriented Policy Administration Specialist to support policy issuance for both ISO‑based and custom (ERM) insurance programs. This role focuses on assembling policy documents, supporting manual rating, maintaining accuracy and version control, and working closely with Underwriting, Insurance Operations, and Compliance. This position will also play a key role in the rollout of Oxford’s Policy Administration System (PAS), helping transition existing manual processes into a scalable, well‑controlled system.
