Description T he North America (NA) Chief Reserving Actuary will lead the North America Reserving function. Position involves being responsible for the team performing thorough reserve analysis, maintaining reasonable and adequate reserves for this $20 Billion reserve base, clearly and transparently communicating results of reserve studies to key stakeholders, identifying elements of the reserve analysis that is particularly relevant to future business decisions by the NA business unit, effectively managing and leading a large team, and building strong relationships with business leaders and other key leaders throughout the organization.   Responsibilities    Provide an independent assessment of the NA reserves and associated reserve risks, ensuring the adequacy and accuracy of the NA reserves.
