What You’ll Be Doing In this role, your days will be varied and engaging. You will: Be a friendly, professional point of contact for agents, insured individuals, claimants, and claims representatives—answering calls, directing inquiries, and knowing when to escalate issues. Enter and manage claims including setting up files, processing mail, transcribing letters, and maintaining accurate documentation. Take first notice of loss calls, provide claim status updates, order police reports, and process claim‑related paperwork. Review basic policy coverage information and assist with claim payments. Ensure accurate reporting to required agencies to help protect the company’s reputation. Support month‑end accounting processes, including balancing multiple general ledger accounts.
