OBJECTIVE Michigan Farm Bureau’s Promotion & Education and Young Farmer Departments are seeking a reliable, creative, and motivated school-year intern. This intern may assist in developing and implementing resources that help students learn about agriculture, increase consumer awareness, and grow Young Farmers’ leadership skills. There are also opportunities to work with event planning and shadow other departments. Interns will receive hands-on training and support from their managers and company mentors. Managers work with interns to identify and develop personal goals and improve their own desired skills. *NOTE: both in and out of office work might be required at the Farm Bureau Center/Warehouse in Lansing, MI.
