Description The Senior Claims Specialist works within a Claims Team, using the latest technology to review, analyze and process claims that are routinely characterized as moderately complex to complex within assigned authority limits. Duties and Responsibilities:   Directly handle, manage and/or oversee commercial and financial lines Public and Private D&O, Financial Institutions E&O, EPL, Fiduciary and Crime/Fidelity claims. Handle claims in accordance with Claim Handling Best Practices in all phases of the claim including through initial contact, investigation of the claim, evaluation the claim for coverage and reserving for exposure, and in the resolution and documentation of claims.
