Job Summary: The Claims Adjuster Trainee will complete a series of Self-Study courses, classroom training and On The Job training to prepare for promotion to Adjuster Level 1 position. In addition, the Claims Adjuster Trainee will complete the necessary pre-requisite course work required to take and pass the Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty examination. The Claims Adjuster Trainee is responsible for investigating, reserving, negotiating and settling assigned property and casualty claims within provided authority. Ensures that all assigned claims are resolved timely and fairly in accordance with the policy contract based on the damages presented.
