Description Summary: The Insurance Surety Account Manager possesses a high degree of product line knowledge and technical expertise. It requires a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure, with experienced review of company Annual and Interim Financial Statements, Personal Financial Statements and WIP (Work in Progress) reports. Position Summary: The Commercial Lines Support Representative provides direct administrative and operational support to the affinity program team, reporting to the Program Director. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role responsible for keeping program documents organized, agency systems updated, schedules running, and routine workflows moving. The Commercial Lines Support Representative works closely with the Program Director, Account Managers, Client Service Associates, and producers to ensure the team has what it needs to serve program members well.
