This role partners with underwriting systems and product analysts, along with stakeholders across IT, Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations, Billing, and Claims. The Senior Analyst documents business requirements, supports development and QA during sprints, leads user acceptance testing, and assists business users with service requests and training.
