WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The Claims Consultant supports clients through a range of internal and external resources to ensure a smooth, responsive, and effective commercial claims administration experience. The individual in this role serves as a knowledgeable point of contact for commercial claims activity, partners closely with Producers and Account Managers, and helps coordinate communication and documentation between clients, carriers, and service partners. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY Manages incoming calls and inquiries related to commercial lines of business, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses. Completes and processes claims-related documentation in a timely and compliant manner. Works directly with Producers and Account Managers to provide necessary claim details, updates, and supporting information.
