GENERAL DESCRIPTION (Summary, Scope, Purpose) The Hybrid Processor is responsible for accurately and timely processing insurance documentation to meet loan requirements. Working under direct supervision, this role involves data entry, reviewing various insurance documents across multiple lines of business, and completing transactions as needed. In addition to processing tasks, the position includes providing exceptional customer service by assisting both customers and insurance agents over the phone. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist in obtaining the necessary insurance documentation, and educate callers on the requirements needed to fulfill their loan agreements.
