Position Summary The Underwriting Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the activities of underwriting staff related to fund finance opportunities. Their goal is to achieve department objectives and ensure company profitability through new and existing business. What will your job entail? Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement underwriting strategies, policies, and guidelines for product lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and profitability. • Analyze complex information from various sources (financial documents, market data, etc.) to evaluate risk levels associated with insuring individuals or entities. - Analyze and underwrite fund finance structures, including rated feeder funds, CFOs, and NAV lending facilities.
