Job Description: Pacific Life is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Compensation Program Design and Delivery. This critical role will report directly to the SVP, Global Head of Total Rewards and will be responsible for the strategic design, implementation, governance, and delivery of innovative compensation programs that support Pacific Life’s business objectives, talent strategies, and values across the globe.
