Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, primarily responsible for assigned businesses. This position leads all human resource initiatives including planning, implementing and administering human resource programs and policies related to the business. Policies and program responsibilities include: employee development, employee relations, compensation, performance management, disability leaves, training and succession planning. In addition, this position helps to develop companywide communication strategies and compensation programs designed to attract, reward and retain people.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in HR or related field required; Masters degree &/or professional certification preferred.
5-8 years experience with proven track record of success in a generalist function.
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
