About the role. The Territory Manager will be a key production member reporting to the VP, Regional Executive. The primary goal of this position is to develop and execute business development plans to drive PURE's growth in their specified territories. The ideal candidate must live within the territory, with a preference to be in the San Francisco Area. What You'll Do Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers. Conduct regular meetings and sales calls to broker partners to execute defined plans, measure progress, and achieve established KPI’s. Identify, appoint, and effectively onboard new brokers. Implement strategies to increase production with the intent of writing profitable business. Increase large account production among a short list of specified broker partners.
