Description Summary: The Programmer Analyst provides technical and consultative support across the complex application and system environments. Working under moderate direction, this role is responsible for designing and updating procedures to resolve sophisticated application challenges. Understanding system capabilities, performance constraints, and desired outcomes need to be assessed.
