Position Summary The Claims Advocacy Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Ryan’s Transactional Risk practice by managing claim activity, advocating on behalf of clients, and ensuring timely, fair, and accurate claims resolutions. This position works closely with insurance carriers’ claims departments, retail agents, and internal stakeholders to assess coverage, monitor progress, and resolve claims efficiently. The Specialist is responsible for providing guidance throughout the claims process, maintaining strong communication channels, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of claims management practices.
