The Personal Lines Claims Specialist, Senior appropriately manages and resolves bodily injury claims across multiple states, and if necessary, through the litigation process.  This includes contacting insureds, claimants, attorneys, witnesses and other carriers, and investigating, negotiating, and settling claims based on company guidelines and applicable law, as well as securing and maintaining required licenses.
