To provide day-to-day service and support to specifically assigned new and existing VIP clients of the Agencies business such that objectives for profitability and growth are met.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
Support sales programs and long-term objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control and organizational effectiveness. (30-40%)
Support Sales team for new business.
Research and answer calls and emails from clients, producers, carriers and third parties.
Advise clients regarding insurance coverage and risk management issues.
Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle claims and billing inquiries.
Foster and maintain good working relationships with Agency Producers and insurance company underwriters.
Perform annual account reviews for each assigned client (30-40%)
