Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Title: Mechanical Breakdown Adjuster The Opportunity:  The purpose of this role is to utilize standardized procedures in adjudicating mechanical breakdown claims. Answer telephone calls from repair facilities and customers holding a service contract or policy to answer questions, giving instructions and obtaining information to complete the claims adjudication process. Determine if there is coverage in adjusting a claim by using and interpreting the terms and conditions of a service contract or policy.
