The IME Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and communicating examination details to the involved parties, preparing medical packets for the IME physician, scheduling ancillary services when necessary, and following up to verify exam attendance and obtain determination. The position requires the IME Coordinator to work and communicate with PIP Adjusters, as well as other team members. The IME Coordinator will also interact with NJM policyholders, associated injured parties or their legal representatives, medical providers, IME Physicians/Vendors, and other departments within NJM, as needed.
