The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of revenue by serving as a trusted advisor and technical specialist supporting captive insurance program development, actuarial analysis, feasibility studies, and ongoing captive operations. This role requires strong knowledge of exposure data collection, loss analysis, actuarial concepts, and captive insurance structures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep experience across Workers’ Compensation (WC), Auto Liability (AL), General Liability (GL), and Professional Liability (PL) risks. Your Impact: Provide Actuarial & Analytical Support Gather and validate exposure data including payroll, sales, mileage, and other key business indicators used in actuarial modeling. Review insurance policies and loss runs, perform trend analysis, and interpret loss payment patterns and loss development consistent with captive feasibility and reserving practices.
