Description This position can be located in our Chicago, New York, Dallas, or Charlotte locations. Summary The Managing Director and Team Lead of Asset-Based Lending (“ABL”) Sponsor & Capital Markets, manages a team of Business Development Officers (“BDOs” or “BDO team”) who focus on sourcing, structuring, and closing (i) Admin Agency and Sole Bank asset‑based lending opportunities owned by Private Equity (“sponsor”) and (ii) participations in syndicated sponsor and non-sponsor asset-based loans managed by other financial institutions.  This role is responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives, developing and maintaining strong relationships with (i) internal Sponsor Coverage & Capital Markets partners, (ii) directly with private equity sponsors,  intermediaries, and bank syndication teams and, (iii) partnering with internal credit, and product teams to deliver high‑quality financing solutions....
