Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Customer Service team at Mercer . This role will be based in the Adelaide or Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office post training requirements. The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for providing administrative services across multiple funds and products using a range of registry systems, processes and procedures. The purpose of the role is to help provide a high quality and timely execution of tasks for our customers across a range of administration tasks and complex processes with a strong focus on customer service.
