Overview The Strategic Risk Consultant (SRT) serves as a trusted advisor to large workers' compensation clients, helping identify and mitigate workplace risks through onsite assessments, loss analysis, and consultative risk management solutions. Working collaboratively with Client Experience, Underwriting, and Claims, this role provides risk control expertise during client onboarding, stewardship reviews, and ongoing service discussions to support client retention, improve safety outcomes, reduce losses, and deliver exceptional service to key accounts.
