The Senior Claims Specialist handles complex and high-profile Workers' Compensation claims following company standards. The primary role of the Account Manager is to handle the day-to-day Client Service requirements on an assigned book of business. This book of business could have a Producer or Account Executive who has overall responsibility for Service, Placement and Business Development.
