The Benefit Analyst supports both the practice group and individual customer teams serving large and jumbo market-segment employer groups. They are integral in all aspects of administrative, technical, analytical and project support. The Benefit Analyst supports senior team members in developing benefit strategies, evaluating carrier and vendor solutions, and executing service plans for complex large-employer programs, as well as daily tasks necessary to further the practice group and business. Under the direction of more senior teammates, the Benefit Analyst executes assigned analyses and support tasks, escalating judgement calls when needed.
