Responsible for providing legal analysis and consultation to business partners on impacts in an environment that is continuously evolving. The Associate Attorney will partner closely with the business to determine its ultimate goals, assess risk, and provide creative solutions. Proactively identifies and analyzes legal issues and risks presents clear opinions, advice and recommendations, and helps ensure legal compliance across the full spectrum of the enterprise.
