Responsible for leading and overseeing compliance functions supporting Specialty Insurance, including both Admitted Property & Casualty and Surplus Lines offerings. Responsibilities include conducting regulatory research, overseeing program development, reviewing and approving forms and rates, managing DOI filings and objections, and providing compliance advisory support throughout program lifecycles. This role partners with stakeholders across Fortegra, including Underwriting, Operations, Actuarial, Licensing and Claims to ensure state-specific compliance and adherence to all applicable insurance laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Requires extensive (7-10 years) experience in insurance compliance Strong Surplus Lines experience preferred Familiarity with State laws and DOI regulations relating to E&S products and admitted P&C insurance products Familiarity with agent licensing and related requirements....
