Job Summary: Senior level Account Manager within the Large Commercial Lines space performs more routine responsibilities and is the primary point of contact for clients they oversee. Occasionally supports Account Executives with Clients that require extensive administrative service. Responsibilities: Perform daily service on assigned task by Client Advisors and/or Account Executives with the agency’s written procedures including, but not limited to: Lead day-to-day service and stewardship of a designated book of large and complex commercial accounts, ensuring all client needs are addressed in alignment with agency procedures and service standards.
