The Trial Prep Rep is responsible for appropriately managing and resolving litigation claims, which includes reviewing and analyzing newly assigned files, coordinating with defense counsel, attending court proceedings as necessary, and ensuring all actions are consistent with company guidelines and applicable law.  Compensation: This role may be filled at a Level II or Senior level based on skills, experience and credentials.
